Ciminelli Development Company and Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation Announce New Hires

Williamsville, N.Y. – January 17, 2007 – Ciminelli Development Company, Inc. and Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, Western New York’s premier commercial development and real estate companies, announced the appointment of Joshua Kelly to Director of David Mumm to Director of Property Management.

In his new role, Mr. Mumm’s primary responsibility will be to oversee all building and facility operations for a number of Ciminelli properties, specializing in the management of the company’s third party portfolio with a focus on positive customer relations and cost-effective results. Mr. Mumm brings with him nearly 20 years of diverse property management experience with well-known companies including Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis. He was most recently responsible for the financial and project management of the 358,000 square foot portfolio of American Financial Realty Trust. Mr. Mumm has also managed the operations of 52 Fleet Bank locations (currently Bank of America) totaling over 563,000 square feet, including a 177,000 square foot, multi-tenant high-rise office building and a 90,000 square foot operations center.

A Western New York native, Mr. Mumm is a graduate of Erie Community College, with a degree in Applied Science, and has received Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).

Additionally, Mr. Mumm boasts an impressive history with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), including terms as President and Vice President.
