Ciminelli Group of Companies Finds New Headquarters Facility for Dunn Tire

BUFFALO, NY—Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, one of Western New York´s leading full service real estate companies, recently announced a successful deal with Dunn Tire to relocate and expand their headquarters and main distribution facility to Airport Commerce Park at 475 Cayuga Road in Cheektowaga. Dunn Tire distributes automobile and light to medium truck tires, as well as custom wheels and other specialty automotive products, to a network of over 2,500 automotive retailers in the region.

The 80,000 square foot facility, which will employ a significant number of Buffalo area residents, is a large scale expansion for Dunn Tire. The move will be a catalyst for their wholesale expansion, while allowing significant improvements and efficiencies in customer service to retail and wholesale outlets throughout Upstate New York and Western Pennsylvania.

The interior construction work being performed by Ciminelli Development Company, Inc. at 475 Cayuga Road is incorporating sustainable design elements and "Green" building practices targeting a Silver USGBC LEED Certification that will result in a highly efficient facility including reductions in energy and water consumption while providing the best possible interior environment for our employees, all with minimal impact to the environment. Pursuing USGBC LEED certification will verify the project’s sustainable design.
