Some of the notable services provided include the redevelopment of an outdated suburban retail mall into a leading business park - AppleTree Business Park; purchase and repositioning of a dilapidated warehouse property that was previously vacant into a leading area distribution hub - Concourse Center; and the construction and management of a premier downtown class-A twin tower complex that was over 50 percent vacant - Key Center at Fountain Plaza.
